Paracare SPA, a leading company specializing in medical equipment and supplies, is looking for a qualified Physiotherapist Trainer to join its commercial team at the Hospital of Puerto Montt. Requirements: • Valid Physiotherapist degree certificate. • Certification issued by the Superintendence of Health. • Product selection and specification for training purposes. • Administrative process management. • Strong commercial profile and communication skills for delivering training sessions and presentations to healthcare professionals. • Minimum verifiable experience of at least 3 years in similar roles. • Full and immediate availability. Competencies required for the position: • Effective and communicative skills • Planning, organizational, and management capabilities. Responsibilities include: • Coordinating and executing delivery of technical aids to users, both in outpatient and inpatient settings. • Providing education to users and/or caregivers regarding proper use, care, basic maintenance, and safety measures related to technical aids. • Addressing user questions at the time of delivery. • Ensuring issuance of the corresponding GES IPD and the respective signed GES confirmation document, which must be attached to the clinical record (digital or paper). • Coordinating with the hospital’s clinical team (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or other designated technical specialist). • Maintaining availability to work Monday through Saturday, as required by the hospital, and performing overtime when clinical demand requires it; such overtime will be compensated. • Completing a two-week initial induction program coordinated with the hospital. • Submitting a curriculum vitae, which must be endorsed by the hospital’s clinical supervisors responsible for the technical aids process. • Maintaining ongoing communication with the company-designated contact person for warranty follow-up and contractual deadline compliance, while keeping the hospital’s technical aids coordinator informed of these processes. • Meeting all entry and continued employment requirements for public health system facilities, including up-to-date vaccination schedules, mandatory health examinations, and other institutional requirements, as well as complying with current hospital regulations regarding quality, prevention and control of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs), and accreditation processes, as applicable.
