Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring Operator to ensure operational continuity of solar parks by remotely identifying and resolving faults or escalating issues to the relevant department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Continuous solar park monitoring to identify and resolve faults 2. Alarm and SCADA variable management, preliminary diagnostics, and reconnection 3. Coordination of lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures for maintenance At IM2 SOLAR, we are currently seeking a Monitoring Operator for one of our Holding companies (Greentech Solutions), whose mission will be to continuously monitor a group of solar parks to identify faults or connectivity issues that may arise and provide remote resolution as quickly as possible—or, if not feasible, escalate them to the appropriate department. This is done to maintain operational continuity and safety across projects. **Responsibilities**: * Monitor, analyze, and identify SCADA alarms and variables; provide preliminary diagnostics of incidents; and reconnect and restore service as promptly as possible in accordance with PMGD regulations. * Record all incidents in the maintenance management platform. * When remote resolution of connectivity issues is not possible, notify the field supervisor to dispatch personnel onsite. * If the technician cannot resolve the issue in accordance with PMGD regulations, notify the company's regional operations center before reconnection. * Manage disconnection requests according to the distribution company’s operation agreement. * Coordinate lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures for preventive or corrective maintenance with the relevant department. **Requirements**: * Education: Electrical or electronics technician degree, or related field * Years of experience: Experience in a similar role. One year of SCADA system monitoring experience preferred. * Knowledge: Familiarity with SCADA systems, electricity, or energy preferred. Proficiency in basic Excel and Word is mandatory.
