We are looking for a Technical Services Supervisor / Engineering Leader responsible for leading and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams for a major mining sector project, ensuring technical quality of deliverables, cross-disciplinary integration, and compliance with client standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams in mining projects. * Supervise and validate technical engineering deliverables for conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering. * Manage interfaces between disciplines to ensure proper design integration. * Ensure compliance with client standards, applicable regulations, and engineering best practices. * Participate in technical evaluations, alternative analyses, and optimization processes. * Coordinate resources, progress, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. What are we looking for? **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering project development, primarily in the mining industry. * Experience participating in various phases of projects. * Minimum 5 years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams. * Availability to work on a 6-month project. * Proven experience coordinating disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, telecommunications, and/or IT/OT. * Specific experience in high-complexity technical and operational mining projects. * Willingness to travel to site as required by the project. **Desirable:** * Experience with EPC or EPCM contracts. * Knowledge of mining company standards such as BHP, Codelco, or others. * Experience in concentrator plants, pumping systems, material handling, tailings, or industrial infrastructure. * Intermediate English proficiency **Work Modality:** Hybrid Benefits that make a difference At NTT DATA, we believe work should go hand-in-hand with your well-being.
