




Job Summary: We are seeking a Planning and Development Manager for a mining project, responsible for maintenance planning and scheduling, resource allocation, and activity control within SAP. Main Responsibilities: A dedicated professional for maintenance planning and scheduling, responsible for resource allocation, related coordination activities, managing the full work order (WO) processing workflow in SAP, as well as supporting SAP data entry for plan loading according to Codelco’s instructions; additionally, responsible for monitoring and reporting the status of current and upcoming unit activities. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Executive Engineer) or Technical Professional degree, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance service planning or scheduling. * Proficiency in Power BI (reporting) and Microsoft Project (control) is desirable. * Familiarity with the SOMA maintenance management system.
