We are seeking a Radio Trunking Engineer \- MCPTT to join a major mining-sector project. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and optimizing critical mission communications solutions, leveraging your expertise in MCPTT technologies, telecommunications infrastructure, and IT/OT networks to ensure operational continuity and project success. Key Responsibilities * Provide specialized expertise on communications infrastructure technologies, including Motorola Astro 25 cores, MCPTT services, and third-party network equipment. * Deliver specialized technical support for systems and applications, performing analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex incidents associated with critical communications infrastructure. * Lead project acceptance and transition-to-operation (TTO) activities, validating technical documentation and ensuring compliance with defined standards. * Coordinate and lead resolution of major incidents, managing various internal and external stakeholders. * Develop high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) engineering deliverables for telecommunications and networking solutions. * Create technical diagrams using tools such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio for documentation and client presentations. * Optimize RF and broadband architectures, contributing to continuous improvement of communication services. * Participate in integration processes between MCPTT services and other technology systems related to critical communications. What are we looking for? **Mandatory Requirements:** * Graduates in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering with a Telecommunications focus, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in designing, implementing, and integrating critical communications solutions, especially MCPTT technologies. * Knowledge and experience in communication networks, IT/OT infrastructure, and preparation of technical documentation (HLD, LLD, SOW, MOP, ATP, As\-Built, among others). * Experience conducting technical testing, validations, and optimization of critical communication systems and services. * Availability to travel to site as required by the project. * Availability to work on a 6-month project. **Desirable:** * Intermediate English proficiency * Experience with Motorola Astro 25 technologies and radio trunking solutions. * Experience in mining-sector or mission-critical industry projects. **Work Modality:** Hybrid \- Article 22 ✨ Want to make a difference?
