At Echeverría Izquierdo, we are seeking our next Negotiation Analyst to join the Supply Management Department, who will play a key role in strategic category analysis and in developing quotation, tendering, and negotiation processes. We are looking for an analytical, rigorous, and organized individual capable of working autonomously, coordinating across various departments, and maintaining clear and assertive communication with suppliers and internal clients. For this position, intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency and professional experience in the mining or construction sectors—ideally related to supply chain, procurement, or negotiation processes—is especially relevant. Responsibilities: * Analyze information and data related to strategic categories, contributing to the development of procurement and negotiation strategies. * Execute quotation, tendering, and negotiation processes, considering the needs of various business units. * Analyze and estimate the economic impact of managed commercial agreements. * Monitor usage, compliance, service levels, and outcomes of commercial agreements. * Prepare reports and presentations to communicate results, progress, and improvement opportunities. * Manage and safeguard supporting documentation for assigned processes and categories. * Maintain collaborative and professional relationships with suppliers. * Research new product, service, and supplier alternatives aligned with business needs. * Coordinate with procurement teams across business units to gather requirements and suggestions. * Propose improvements to increase supply process efficiency. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and organizational ethical standards. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Technical degree in Construction, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, or Commercial Engineering. * Additional training in negotiation, procurement, or supply chain is desirable. * Minimum one year of professional experience in mining or construction. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency, with knowledge approaching advanced level. * Experience in data analysis and report preparation. * Knowledge or experience in quotation, tendering, procurement, or negotiation processes. * Familiarity with ERP platforms. * Intermediate-level English proficiency.
