Supervise on-site operational conditions (roads, dump sites, working faces, drainage, lighting, and signage), ensuring safe and efficient environments. Monitor and correct deviations affecting safety, productivity, or continuity, minimizing impacts on operations. Coordinate in real time with key areas (Operations, Dispatch, Maintenance, Planning, and Support) to meet operational priorities. Manage and supervise contractors, ensuring service quality, timeliness, and availability. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, procedures, and regulations. Analyze operational indicators and implement improvements to increase efficiency, safety, and reliability. Generate reports and manage contingencies, tracking action plans and ensuring performance visibility. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering with Mining specialization, Industrial Civil Engineering with Mining focus, or related field. At least 4 years of professional experience in mining, specifically in open-pit mining operations. At least 2 years of experience in the role, covering loading and hauling, drilling, and blasting processes. Experience in on-site management, operational coordination, and contractor relations. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data analysis tools. Driver’s license Class B.
