Responsible for end-to-end contract management, acting as the single point of contact between WSP and Caserones’ Project Supervision Office (SIPRO). Leads administrative, financial, and technical management of the service, ensuring compliance with deliverables, schedules, and quality standards. This position requires 100% on-site work under a 4x3 Day shift system. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for end-to-end contract management, acting as the single point of contact between WSP and Caserones’ Project Supervision Office (SIPRO) * Leads administrative, financial, and technical management of the service, ensuring compliance with deliverables, schedules, and quality standards * Validates payment statements (EDP), monitors cumulative expenditure vs. budget (FQ0\), manages change orders, and ensures alignment with Caserones’ corporate policies * Responsible for PMO governance * Stakeholder management and continuous service improvement * Ensures traceability and accessibility of documentation for audits **Requirements:** * Education: Civil Engineer; Construction Engineer; Civil Constructor. * Knowledge / Certifications: Advanced knowledge of Project Management and the PMBOK® Guide. * Experience: Minimum 8 years of general and specific experience. * Availability to work 100% on-site at the Caserones Mine Site, Atacama Region, under a 4x3 Day shift system. **What We Offer:** Join a growing multinational organization.
