




Job Summary: We are seeking a People Manager for the Human Resources Management team, focused on internal HR management and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. We are committed to enabling more efficient operations, with greater control and reduced exposure to risks. We are currently strengthening our internal operations and, to that end, seek to hire a new People Manager for our Human Resources Management team in Santiago. This position targets HR professionals with at least two years of experience in People Management, including conducting mining accreditations, coordinating occupational health examinations, preparing personnel files, attendance tracking, signing annexes and contracts, and supporting internal employees. We seek a professional with strong management capabilities, discipline, organization, attention to detail, customer orientation, and teamwork skills. Requirements: * Professional degree in Human Resources Engineering, Business Administration, or another related undergraduate program. * Two years of experience in People Management and/or Human Resources. * Experience managing personnel accreditations for mining projects (ideally with Codelco). * Prior knowledge of Talana is desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Willingness to travel to mine sites if required. * Availability to work 100% on-site in Las Condes commune, Santiago.
