We want you to take responsibility for defining, analyzing, and managing the transfer pricing policy for international commercial operations—establishing sales prices from Chile to subsidiaries, monitoring their margins, and executing corresponding adjustments in line with sales and expense forecasts, ensuring tax and corporate compliance. Additionally, lead the automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of financial processes related to transfer pricing—driving system integration, operational efficiency, control strengthening, and risk mitigation—in coordination with corporate departments and international commercial offices. . **Main Tasks and/or Responsibilities**: + Define, analyze, and manage the transfer pricing policy—setting sales prices from Chile to commercial offices, monitoring margins, and executing corresponding adjustments. + Analyze and document financial, tax, and customs regulations impacting transactions between the Parent Company and international commercial offices. + Identify, design, and implement initiatives for automation and standardization of financial processes related to transfer pricing. + Coordinate and support audits, financial closing reviews, policy updates, and other financial initiatives for international commercial offices. + Monitor and propose improvements to financial processes linked to transfer pricing and international operations. For this challenge, we seek talent holding a degree in **Industrial or Commercial Civil Engineering**, with at least **0** to **1** year of experience in **Finance**, participating in Corporate Finance, International Taxation, or Transfer Pricing processes at multinational companies—including financial analysis, tax compliance, process automation, and management of operations with international subsidiaries. Proficiency in **Advanced MS Office** and **Advanced English** is required.
