Focus on attention to detail and manual dexterity. **Position: FULL WAREHOUSE OPERATOR PM** **Job Description** At Kowski, we are looking for dynamic, organized individuals with exceptional attention to detail to join our logistics team. If you have experience in distribution centers and seek stability, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities** \-Picking (Selection and Preparation): **⁠ ⁠**Execute daily customer orders efficiently. ⁠ ⁠Locate products on shelves and verify references (color, code, and model). ⁠ ⁠Immediately report stockouts to optimize the route. \-Packing (Packaging and Boxing): **⁠ ⁠**Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, stretch film) based on product fragility. ⁠ ⁠Properly secure and label each package (customer details, destination, and waybill). **Load Control and Delivery:** **⁠** ⁠Organize customer orders. ⁠ ⁠Supervise loading with the carrier, ensuring accurate count of packages. ⁠ ⁠Manage outgoing documentation (proof-of-receipt signatures). **Receiving and Sorting:** **⁠ ⁠**Assist in unloading incoming merchandise into the warehouse. ⁠ ⁠Support order sorting: classify and place unloaded items in their designated zones according to workflow and category. ⁠ ⁠Maintain order in the receiving area to facilitate smooth operations. **Candidate Profile** Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles within high-volume distribution or logistics centers. **Skills:** Manual dexterity and excellent physical condition. High attention to detail to prevent shipping errors. Proficiency with tools (sealers, barcode scanners/handhelds, and scales). Attitude: Punctuality, responsibility, and sense of priority. **Offer Conditions** Salary: $600\.000 CLP net monthly. Schedule: Full-time, 42 hrs/week. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 13:00–21:00.
