Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and a leader in equipment distribution and services, is searching for top talent to fulfill the role of **Parts Analyst (Hose Assembler)**. **Job Description Summary**: Execute all administrative and operational activities required to maintain the operations of Finning’s warehouse and hose workshop at mining sites, ensuring customer service as stipulated in the current commercial contract. Maintain high safety standards aligned with both Finning’s and the mining client’s policies at their facilities. Perform all necessary tasks within the SAP system to ensure smooth execution of responsibilities related to the warehouse and/or hose workshop, maintaining physical and systemic spare parts availability and upholding required documentation standards per established processes. Collaborate to achieve set objectives and meet operational efficiency standards. **Job Responsibilities:** * Analyze and execute internal inventory replenishment and stock inventory processes for activities including receipt, return, and dispatch of cores, as well as store receipts, across various company warehouses, to determine product types and quantities or stock availability—keeping records updated and providing timely information to supervisors for decision-making. * Provide operational support to the hose assembler in the hose workshop, including handling, sorting, and inventory management. Assemble permanent and reusable CAT hydraulic hoses according to procedures and quality and safety standards. * Administer and manage the dispatch of spare parts and supplies from warehouses to various storerooms under the El Abra contract. * Manage and coordinate the sending of tools to suppliers for preventive and corrective maintenance. * Distribute necessary supplies and tools to warehouse storerooms to prevent inventory shortages. **Requirements:** * Technical or professional graduate from an institute or university, with experience managing inventories and mining warehouses. * Proficiency in SAP and Excel * Experience in inventory control and supplier management.
