If you have experience in maintenance activity planning and control, coordination of technical specialties, and fieldwork follow-up, this opportunity is for you. · Job Description · As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance activities under the contract, ensuring appropriate coordination of work, resources, timelines, and operational priorities. Your management will focus on maintaining operational continuity and availability of camps, offices, cafeterias, and associated service facilities by developing and updating maintenance programs, tracking work orders, monitoring progress, managing deviations, and maintaining ongoing coordination with supervisors, technicians, and operational teams. · About Us We are a French company and a global leader in quality-of-life services. Develop and maintain updated maintenance programs and schedules using Gantt Charts, S-Curves, and tracking tools. Create, update, and track work orders in Fracttal or similar maintenance management systems. Coordinate weekly and monthly activity scheduling with supervisors, technicians, and operational teams. Monitor work progress, identifying deviations, constraints, delays, and re-scheduling needs. Analyze labor, material, tool, equipment, and technical specialty requirements necessary for work execution. Plan and control works related to electricity, plumbing, welding, infrastructure, civil works, and multifunctional maintenance. Incorporate corrective works and operational contingencies into the schedule while safeguarding continuity of critical activities. Keep planning and progress information up to date for camps, offices, cafeterias, and contract-related facilities. Prepare management reports on program compliance, activity progress, work orders, backlog, and planning deviations. Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance planning, scheduling, and control processes. · Requirements Residence in Northern Zone. Technical or professional education in Construction, Civil Works, Infrastructure Maintenance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance activity planning and control. Experience coordinating infrastructure works and various technical specialties. Proficiency in Gantt Charts, work orders, and maintenance management systems—Fracttal preferred. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Mining or service contract experience is desirable. Availability to work on a 4x3 shift schedule and at mining sites.
