Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and a leader in the distribution of equipment and services, is seeking top talent to fill the role of **Logistics Administrator for Mining Services (Antofagasta)**, who will be responsible for managing medical examinations, on-site personnel accreditation, internal procedures, coordination of minor processes, updating information, organizing documents, handling minor logistics coordination, and all administrative assistance tasks that help and facilitate planning, logistics, and labor relations processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for tracking medical examinations and expiration dates of fixed-term contracts. * Maintain and update the database of external service personnel. * Handle basic and routine communications with project managers. * Process personnel assignments to site contracts and prepare personnel files. * Support the analyst in all matters related to labor relations, including vacations, inductions, attendance, PPE distribution, and payroll. * Enter HR data into SAP system. * Generate purchase requisitions via system. * Receive documentation from new personnel. **Application Requirements:** * Basic studies in administration. Years of work experience within the company validate the required education level. * One year of experience in similar roles. * Residence in Antofagasta (mandatory).
