A **nationally leading service company**, with extensive experience and a focus on operational excellence, is seeking an **OHS Expert to serve as Documentation Manager**, responsible for administering, controlling, and maintaining documentation associated with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems, ensuring integrity, traceability, regulatory compliance, and information availability for mining operations. **Job Mission**: To efficiently and standardize the management of OHS management system documentation, ensuring version control, information backup, document platform administration, and compliance with contractual requirements established by mining operations and applicable regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer OHS management system documentation according to internal standards and mining operation requirements. * Maintain version control, updates, and documentary traceability. * Keep an organized and up-to-date record of procedures, instructions, matrices, reports, and legal documentation. * Manage the uploading, review, and updating of documents on digital platforms (SharePoint, Documentum, SIG, client platforms, etc.). * Support internal and external audits by preparing and delivering required documentation. * Perform periodic information backups to ensure availability and operational continuity. * Coordinate with operational, prevention, and administrative departments for the collection and submission of contractual documentation. * Ensure compliance with documentary standards required by mining clients. * Generate documentation status reports and propose improvements to the management system. **Requirements to be the ideal candidate:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Occupational Health and Safety Engineering** or a related field. * Minimum **5 years of verifiable experience** in **mining contracts (mandatory)**. * Direct experience in **document management for OHS management systems (mandatory)**. * Knowledge of operational functions and requirements of **mining operations**. * Familiarity with management regulations and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001). * Proficiency in analysis and reporting tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI). * Experience providing documentary support for audits.
