Job Objective: To support comprehensive project development by preparing and coordinating drawings across various disciplines—primarily sanitary engineering, but also architecture and other engineering fields—ensuring technical consistency and regulatory compliance. Applicants must meet the following requirements: • Academic background: Technical Drawing, Design Engineering, Civil Construction, or related fields. • 2–5 years of experience developing architectural project drawings. • Experience in domestic sanitary projects (relevant but not mandatory). • Valid occupational physical height assessment. • Class B driver’s license. • Advanced AutoCAD proficiency (mandatory); Revit (highly valued for modern/BIM-focused profiles), Civil 3D, or similar software (desirable). • Basic knowledge of Chilean regulations: Sanitary Regulations (RIDAA), General Urbanism and Construction Ordinance (OGUC). • Ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary drawings. • On-site work mode. • Residence in the Metropolitan Region.
