Support for professional development and continuation of studies. **Senior Telecommunications Technician – Mantoverde Mining Site** ------------------------------------------------------------- **Location:** Atacama Region **Shift system according to operational requirements** ️ **100% on-site work mode** At **TRES60**, we are seeking a **Senior Telecommunications Technician** to carry out installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for technological systems at a mining site, contributing to service safety and operational continuity. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems. * Perform cabling, electrical connections, and equipment assembly. * Diagnose and resolve failures in technological systems. * Configure and provide support for networks, communication links, and systems. * Maintain technologies installed onboard mining equipment. * Provide technical support to more junior personnel. * Report activities, incidents, and operational progress. ### **✅ Requirements** * Technical or professional education in Telecommunications and Networks, Electricity, Electronics, Computer Science, Electromechanics, Automation and Control, or a related field. * **Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications or technologies within mining operations.** * Knowledge of networks, communication links, LTE, Ethernet, and optical fiber. * Experience with CCTV, VHF/UHF radiofrequency, and electronics. * Knowledge of technologies installed onboard mining fleets. * Valid Class B driver’s license with at least 2 years of validity. * Physical and geographical altitude-compatible health condition. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Certifications or experience with **Rajant** technologies. * Certifications or courses in VHF radio communications. * Experience with mine mesh networks, fatigue monitoring systems, anti-collision systems, or fleet management systems. * Proficiency with monitoring tools. ### **What We Offer** * Year-end bonuses for National Holidays and Christmas. * Operational and substitute bonuses, where applicable. * Supplementary health, life, and dental insurance. * Daycare benefits and maternal support. * Christmas gifts for employees’ children. * Recognition for years of service. * Access to Mundo ACHS and Caja Los Andes. * Support for professional development and continuation of studies. ### **Inclusion and Diversity** This job posting is aligned with **Law No. 21.015**, which promotes the labor inclusion of persons with disabilities.
