Key Highlights: 1. Education: Architect. 2. Experience in urban legislation and real estate management (10+ years). 3. Strong expertise in 3D modeling and deliverable generation. A prominent engineering and consulting services company is currently seeking professionals to address current and future challenges in Large-Scale Mining projects. We are looking to **add two specialized profiles** to our team, associated with the Architecture discipline: **Architect.** **Requirements:** * **Education:** Architect. * **Experience:** Minimum 10 years of experience in urban legislation and real estate management, including work on obtaining permits for the mining industry. * **Technical Skills:** Strong expertise in 3D modeling, deliverable generation (drawings), and information extraction. * **Skills:** Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and engage in technical collaboration with other departments. * **Desirable:** Advanced proficiency in BIM methodologies (Revit). **Working Conditions:** * **Work Mode:** On-site at the office. * **Working Hours:** * Wednesday: 08:00–19:00 hrs. * Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 08:00–18:00 hrs. * Friday: 08:00–13:00 hrs. **Important:** Please attach an updated CV and **specify your salary expectations**.
