Cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Engineering departments. **Job Description** ---------------------- At Enaex, a multinational mining supplier and market leader in explosives and ammonium nitrate manufacturing, we are currently seeking a Training Engineer for Calama. Main Responsibilities: * Process safety management: support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of process safety practices and standards in industrial processes. * Risk analysis: identify, assess, and contribute to controlling risks associated with processes and handling of hazardous substances. * Initiative and project management: participate in the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and operational safety. * Documentation development and control: support the preparation, updating, and control of operational documents and procedures. * Cross-functional coordination: collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Safety departments. * Supervision and compliance: verify on-site compliance with technical, operational, and regulatory standards. * Continuous improvement: propose opportunities for improvement in processes, controls, and operational practices. * Incident management support: participate in analysis and follow-up actions arising from operational events, contributing to recurrence prevention. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory) * Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, processes, industrial safety, or projects (mandatory) * Knowledge of process safety, risk management, or industrial HSEC (desirable) * Proficiency in Excel, including macros (mandatory) * Proficiency in Microsoft tools, preferably SharePoint (mandatory) * Intermediate or higher level of English (mandatory) * Class B driver's license (mandatory) * Residence in Calama or willingness to relocate to the city (mandatory) This position is open to persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via the Aira platform, designed to provide you with an improved application experience.
