Job Description:
The Construction Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects, ensuring that works are executed in accordance with technical specifications, budget, established timelines, and safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate the various phases of construction projects.
Supervise on-site work and verify technical compliance.
Review drawings, specifications, budgets, and project documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers.
Control costs, materials, resources, and work schedules.
Identify risks and resolve technical issues during execution.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare progress reports and technical documentation.
Conduct periodic site inspections.
Manage changes and modifications to the project scope.
Supervise testing, deliveries, and project closeout.
Ensure compliance with applicable construction regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in construction project management and supervision.
Knowledge of planning, budgeting, costing, and construction control.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other project management tools.
Familiarity with safety and construction standards.
Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to conduct site visits and on-site supervision.
Salary: $3\.700 per month
