Today, we seek to welcome a Warehouse Supervisor to our team in **Temuco**, who will play a key role in ensuring an efficient, organized, and safe operation. What will you do in this challenge? You will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, coordinating the workforce, and ensuring that receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch processes are executed correctly, timely, and aligned with SALFA’s standards. Your management will be critical to maintaining an organized warehouse, reliable inventory records, operational continuity, and a constant focus on service quality. Your main responsibilities will include: * Supervising and coordinating the warehouse operations team. * Organizing daily activities related to receiving, storage, preparation, and dispatch. * Ensuring accurate inventory control, organization, and traceability. * Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards. * Coordinating requirements with various branch departments. * Promoting proper use of tools, equipment, and facilities. * Identifying opportunities for improvement in logistics processes. * Fostering a collaborative, safe, and compliance-oriented work environment. What do we require from you? * Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, operations, or similar areas. * Experience leading or coordinating work teams. * Knowledge of receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * SAP experience preferred. * Valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory). * Class D driver’s license preferred. * Residence in Temuco or availability to work onsite in the area. * Availability to work onsite according to operational requirements.
