Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior O&M Engineer to develop and optimize operational and maintenance procedures for wind farms, manage permits, supervise activities, and prepare technical reports. Participation in equipment procurement and CAPEX/OPEX budget management. **Senior Wind O\&M Engineer (1 vacancy)** **Electrical Engineers** ========================================================================================== ### **CONTACT INFORMATION** **Company:** Energy company **Economic activity:** Electricity generation at thermal power plants ### **DESCRIPTION** Main responsibilities: Develop and update operational and maintenance procedures for wind farms and balance-of-plant (BoP) systems. Coordinate and optimize maintenance plans together with the Planning department. Manage work permits for internal staff and contractors. Supervise maintenance activities at wind farms, substations, and associated equipment. Coordinate and execute substation switching operations jointly with the Dispatch department. Prepare technical reports and performance analyses of equipment and facilities. Participate in the definition, technical specification, and procurement of equipment and spare parts (CAPEX). Manage and control OPEX and CAPEX budgets, including associated SAP processes. Support other wind farms within the Southern Complex as required. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and asset management standards. Candidate profile: Electrical Engineer or related degree. 3–5 years of experience in electricity generation or transmission, with at least 1 year in wind or renewable energy. Knowledge of substations and low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical networks. Experience with control systems, industrial automation, and industrial communication networks. Desirable knowledge of wind turbine control and automation systems. Proficiency in SAP, maintenance planning, cost control, and ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 55001 management systems. Technical English. Participation in the UAI’s wind energy specialization program under the company’s retraining initiative. Residency in the region is desirable.
