Contributes to the development of high-impact energy solutions. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Renewable Energy Project Manager** to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to solar power generation, electrical infrastructure, and energy solutions. The role will play a key part in coordinating technical teams, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring each project progresses according to schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals eager to participate in high-impact projects and contribute to developing energy solutions for industrial and commercial clients, as well as large-scale projects in northern Chile. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of renewable energy projects, from inception through commissioning. * Coordinate engineering, construction, maintenance, supplier, and contractor teams involved in each project. * Monitor schedules, budgets, resources, progress, and key performance indicators. * Supervise the proper installation of solar systems, electrical infrastructure, equipment, and energy storage solutions. * Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, maintaining clear and timely communication. * Identify technical, operational, and financial risks, implementing corrective measures to keep projects on track. * Promote safety, quality, and efficiency standards, as well as continuous improvement opportunities throughout all project phases. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Professional degree in Electrical Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 4 years’ experience managing energy, electrical infrastructure, construction, or related sector projects. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers. * Knowledge of project planning, control, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. * Proficiency in project planning and control tools, as well as Excel and enterprise management systems. * Familiarity with electrical installations, photovoltaic generation, energy storage, or renewable energy technologies. * Leadership, organizational, negotiation, problem-solving, and goal-oriented capabilities.
