About the role: Establish and maintain the project schedule; this includes developing multi-level schedules in Primavera (available software), resource-loaded schedules and/or quantity-based schedules to determine appropriate staffing, time management, etc., and determining the appropriate level of detail for schedules used in projects, studies, and proposals. Ensure the project schedule aligns with the project scope, WBS, and execution strategy / project delivery approach. Ensure continuous monitoring of relationships and integration among various areas and departments within the project, enabling coordinated development aligned with established goals and commitments. Identify and implement schedule slippage mitigation strategies. Incorporate original project changes and schedule trend analyses. Advise and consult on planning techniques to build additional capabilities within the Project Controls team.
