This role will be critical to ensuring operational continuity, SLA compliance, and cost optimization, supported by digital tools, data analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies. **Work Mode:** Project-based in Huechuraba, with availability to visit other locations. ### **What Will Be Your Purpose?** Ensure efficient and sustainable operations through proper planning, execution, and control of maintenance activities, integrating technology, data analytics, and leadership of teams and vendors. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise vendors and ensure contract and defined standard compliance. * Manage budget, forecast, and rigorous cost control. * Monitor and manage maintenance tickets, ensuring SLA compliance. * Track KPIs and lead preventive and corrective action plans. * Analyze data to identify failures, root causes, and improvement opportunities. * Automate reports and operational processes to increase efficiency. * Control and monitor assets via digital platforms. * Lead vendor tendering and evaluation processes. ### **What We Look for in You** **Education:** * Professional degree in Civil Construction, Construction Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions or responsibilities. **Technical Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * Experience in KPI analysis and interpretation. * Knowledge of process automation (Power Automate, RPA). * Experience or interest in applying artificial intelligence to maintenance. * Project management: time, cost, and quality control. **Key Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and data orientation. * Ability to identify root causes and make effective decisions. * Focus on continuous improvement and innovation. * Leadership, coordination, and communication skills. ### **What You Will Find** A dynamic environment where you will directly impact operations, leading key initiatives in efficiency, digital transformation, and process optimization.
