The role aims to coordinate, analyze, and oversee organizational projects and system operations—particularly critical systems—acting as the direct liaison between Key Users and the technical team to ensure operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of Ultraport’s processes and systems. Key responsibilities include: * Serving as the direct liaison between the IT team and Key Users to address requirements and needs related to critical systems and their integrations. * Centralizing the management, evaluation, and resolution of critical system incidents via the ticketing platform. * Facilitating feedback sessions, identifying, and documenting improvements for critical systems. * Coordinating the implementation of projects and enhancements to critical systems, based on technical and continuity assessments. * Documenting technical and managerial aspects associated with critical systems (projects, incidents, processes, improvements, and controls). * Ensuring the application and enhancement of audit controls for critical systems, in coordination with the Information Security area. * Keeping various business units informed and trained regarding the status of critical systems and associated projects. * Participating in the implementation, maintenance, and updating of the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System within the scope of responsibility.
