Finning, the strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and leader in equipment and service distribution, is searching for top talent to fill the role of **Digital Transformation Engineer for the Candelaria (Copiapó) Contract**, responsible for proposing and implementing organizational process transformation through mapping, digitization, and automation—ensuring efficient and reliable information flow to relevant departments. The role focuses on implementing technological solutions that integrate artificial intelligence and automation tools, enabling teams to access timely and accurate data for operational and strategic decision-making. It emphasizes practical execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring processes become digital assets that facilitate management, reduce response times, and increase organizational transparency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Process mapping and digitization – 25% * Implementation of technology and AI solutions in technical processes – 25% * Improvement and automation of management reports and KPIs – 20% * Continuous optimization of processes and work methodologies – 15% * Integration of digital systems and platforms – 10% * Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and business-related procedures, and execute activities in accordance with instructions related to SHEQ management – 5% **Required Qualifications:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related field. * Residence in Copiapó; 4x3 shift. * Experience: 2–4 years in technological development, process automation, and digital transformation projects. * Relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL). * Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Programming in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant languages. * Proficiency in administrative and technical process automation tools, such as production reporting and document management (Power Automate, UiPath, etc.). * Proficiency in tools for capturing and analyzing real-time operational data (OSIsoft PI System). * Development of dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau. * Maintenance management systems (SAP PM, AMT). * Basic application of AI models (machine learning, NLP). * System integration via APIs.
