Identify and develop new commercial opportunities to achieve sales growth and market share in the relevant market for its brands, aiming to increase market share. **Responsibilities** ===================== Manage the assigned product portfolio by conducting relevant market analysis, product categorization, lifecycle assessment, physician target segmentation, and other analyses enabling brand positioning and growth, and securing competitive advantages. Design and implement innovative, high-impact marketing campaigns that safeguard costs and compliance policies, focusing on physicians, customers, consumers, and patients to foster and increase demand generation. Incorporate omnichannel digital marketing strategies into marketing campaigns. Field KPIs in two modalities: accompanying the sales force and direct engagement with KOLs to gather relevant insights for strategy development and evaluation of campaigns. Conduct benchmarking to identify challenges, risks, threats, opportunities, and synergies potentially impacting results and sustainable growth of its brands, and develop timely action plans where appropriate. Monitor scientific trends, pharmaceutical and technological developments, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the relevant market to anticipate competitive moves and formulate an appropriate marketing plan for its product portfolio. Develop and manage KPIs enabling robust analysis of marketing activities and evidence-based, timely decision-making. Quantitative and qualitative management of investments, costs, achieved results, impact of implemented actions versus expected outcomes, etc., for its brands and assigned activities. Comprehensive management and analysis of brand forecasts. Continuous tracking and monitoring of sales indicators—sell-out, sell-in, EVO, stock, prescriptions, and medical visit parameters (DDD, B2B, coverage)—to support decision-making regarding its portfolio. Communicate and train the promotion team and other key stakeholders on defined brand-specific marketing activities. Responsible for reporting the promotional calendar, managing medical samples, controlling their budget and stock, reinforcing key promotional messages and competitive advantages. Coordinate with the training department on content and materials required to train the promotion force on products within its portfolio. Maintain ongoing interaction with Global Marketing to ensure alignment with global and digital marketing guidelines and tools in its marketing activities and campaigns. Define investment plans for assigned brands to ensure sustained business profitability and margin without loss of market share. Prepare and control annual budgets per product, managing resources efficiently to meet sales and expense targets. Maintain constant interaction with the KAM team to actively participate in commercial strategy decision-making processes. Coordinate and align product launch opportunities with NPI, Innovation & Development, Medical Affairs, and Technical Affairs departments. Develop product economics for new products to ensure proper commercialization and shelf turnover at point-of-sale. Establish relationships with scientific societies, opinion leaders, and targeted physician groups per brand or therapeutic area.
