RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and comprehensively supervise operations of assigned projects, ensuring achievement of operational, budgetary, and contractual targets. Manage physical and financial progress monitoring of services, prepare reports, and oversee equipment. Supervise effective SAP usage, ensuring data integrity and compliance with corporate procedures. Manage and optimize human, material, and financial resources across projects, monitor KPIs, and propose continuous improvement actions. Supervise Operations Managers, providing guidance and support. Manage and resolve critical operational deviations, ensuring operational continuity. Represent the company before clients, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental policies, leading a preventive culture. Lead team development, training, and evaluation, promoting safe and violence- and discrimination-free workplaces. REQUIREMENTS: Industrial Civil Engineer, Mining Civil Engineer, Commercial Engineer, or related degree \*5 years of specific experience in this role, preferably in construction materials warehouses within the mining sector \*Knowledge of ISO standards and integrated management systems \*Experience in inventory preparation and control \*Proficiency in SAP or contract management systems \*Class B driver's license \*Basic technical English and intermediate office software skills \*Hazardous substances handling / Workmate is committed to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity.
