We are currently seeking a Process and Projects Engineer for one of our key retail industry clients. **Job Objective** We seek a Process and Projects Engineer focused on continuous improvement and operational optimization, responsible for developing functional tools, analyzing processes, and proposing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop operational tools using advanced Excel, Power Apps, and Power BI. * Analyze and optimize processes and resources within operations. * Monitor and control implemented actions. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in internal processes. * Participate in integration projects and adaptation of LEAN, TPM, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies. * Contribute to root cause analysis and resolution of operational problems. * Coordinate and organize work teams according to project requirements. * Present progress, results, and management indicators to supervisors. * Generate reports and data analysis to support decision-making. **Requirements** * Academic background in Industrial Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Execution Engineering. * Preferred background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering. * 0–2 years of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in computer tools. * Advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI. * Familiarity with LEAN, TPM, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies is desirable. **We Offer:** * Temporary service contract. * On-site work modality. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:30 hrs; Friday, 8:00–14:30 hrs. * Monthly net salary of $1.050.000.
