Requirements What do we expect from you? ✨ **Education:** Graduate in Industrial Civil Engineering. **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience in management control, FP&A, financial controlling, or cost analysis roles. Prior hands-on experience handling data is essential. **Technical Skills:** Advanced Excel (models, pivot tables, complex formulas) and Big Data proficiency focused on decision-making. **Desirable Knowledge:** Experience with SAP CO (or similar ERP with controlling module), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and prior work in service, logistics, or retail companies with high transaction volumes. **Soft Skills:** Proactive profile with strong initiative, excellent teamwork orientation, and resilience to perform successfully under high-pressure cycles (e.g., month-end closings and fixed-deadline deliverables).
