This role directly contributes to operational efficiency, risk control, and compliance with the company’s internal policies.** ### **Responsibilities** * ### **Oversee compliance with policies, controls, and procedures related to inventory management.** * ### **Track inventory audit planning, ensuring proper organization and documentation of information.** * ### **Plan and coordinate cyclical and full inventory counts, ensuring alignment between physical inventory and system records.** * ### **Apply analytical methodologies (e.g., ABC segmentation or other company-defined methods).** * ### **Prepare reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and gap analyses for operations and management.** * ### **Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, Procurement, and Finance departments for efficient material management.** * ### **Participate in internal and external audits, providing supporting documentation promptly.** * ### **Promote practices of order, control, and continuous improvement in distribution centers.** * ### **Promptly report deviations or integrity findings identified during inventory processes.** * ### **Foster compliance with the company’s safety policies.** ### **Requirements** * ### **Technical or professional education in Logistics, Auditing, or a related field.** * ### **Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory analysis and control.** * ### **Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, at intermediate/advanced level.** * ### **Experience with SAP or another ERP system is desirable.** * ### **Willingness to travel domestically.** *“At Air Products, we do not distinguish individuals with special abilities.
