Creating impact through your work Technology · Santiago de Chile · Hybrid At **TINET**, we continue growing and are looking for a **Fullstack Developer** who wants to join a collaborative, agile team dedicated to building high-quality, impactful products. ##### **What We’re Looking For** * 3+ years of experience developing production web fullstack applications. * Solid experience with **Python**. * Solid experience with **JavaScript / TypeScript** and the **React** framework. * Demonstrable fluency and integration of **Artificial Intelligence tools** into your daily coding workflow. * Experience designing and consuming **REST and/or GraphQL APIs**. * Proficiency with version control using **Git**, and experience working with collaborative workflows (pull requests, code reviews). * Experience working under **agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban). ##### **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in fullstack roles or combined frontend/backend roles. * Demonstrable experience in real-world projects; portfolio or public repositories will be valued. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. **What We Offer You at TINET?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Hybrid work model (in-office presence once per week or a couple of times per month in Las Condes). * Flexible personal days off. * Year-end and Independence Day bonuses. * English classes.
