Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join our global Renewable Energy team, focused on field-based electrical supervision (80%) for BESS projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking an **ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR**. **JOB OBJECTIVE** This professional must specialize in supervising the project's electrical activities. This role requires a field-oriented profile (80% field, 20% office) with preference for candidates based in Calama or María Elena. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Inspect and supervise on-site electrical construction works for BESS, focusing on battery and cell installation, as well as any other required project components, collaborating closely with the rest of the team. * Collect daily and weekly information for report preparation. * Monitor contractor productivity and implement corrective actions to ensure adherence to the construction schedule. * Promote safe behaviors and proper use of work and protective equipment; foster worker interest and cooperation in preventive actions. * Conduct basic risk assessments and, where applicable, establish preventive measures. * Coordinate works among different contractors. * Assist in preparing progress reports. * Ensure compliance with the contract and proper follow-up of the BESS Electrical PIE. * Ensure Quality and MA requirements; assist in opening and closing NCs together with the Quality team. * Collaborate effectively in coordinating with authorities and owners. * Attend daily meetings and coordinate works among different contractors. * Supervise on-site electrical construction works for BESS, focusing on laying and connection of main equipment (batteries, cells, inverters, etc.). * Monitor and record progress of all electrical installation activities and works for the project. * Monitor contractor productivity and implement corrective actions to ensure adherence to the construction schedule. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 5 years of specific experience. * University degree in Civil Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field. * Experience in construction and commissioning of Energy and Electrical Infrastructure projects, ERNC (ideally PV + SE + LT). * Proficiency in project management tools and computer-aided design software (OFFICE, CAD, OTHERS). **HOW TO APPLY** If this position suits you, apply directly via the job posting button on Factorial.
