It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. **Job Description** =================== Key Responsibilities and Activities: * Receive purchase requisitions and manage the timely creation of purchase orders. * Send purchase orders to suppliers and confirm receipt of POs according to parameters defined in company policy. * Identify issues in purchase order and blocked invoice reports for subsequent resolution. * Track pending POs in the system that have not been invoiced by suppliers. * Organize document files related to assigned tasks. * Train internal users across countries on the purchase requisition process. * Support internal and external audit activities and quality management by maintaining data, order, and transaction controls, and providing clear and timely information. Education and Prior Experience: * Education: Technical degree in accounting or administrative fields. * Work experience: Prior experience in accounting or administrative roles; 2 years as a procurement analyst and/or accounts payable analyst. * Language proficiency: Basic-to-intermediate English (for reporting and daily interaction with stakeholders and suppliers in English). * Accounting system knowledge: SAP preferred. * Proficiency in IT tools: Advanced Microsoft Office.
