**Technical Office Assistant**

### **Job Objective**
* Provide technical, documentary, and administrative support to the Technical Office, ensuring proper organization, updating, and traceability of relevant project information. This position contributes to progress control, report preparation, payment certification support, and inter-departmental coordination, thereby supporting compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and cost standards.
### **Main Responsibilities**
* Manage and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, drawings, specifications, procedures, protocols, and reports.
* Control validity, distribution, and traceability of drawings and documents.
* Support physical progress tracking, quantity take-offs, measurements, and construction documentation.
* Collect background data for payment certifications, valuations, and cost control.
* Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes, tracking matrices, and presentations.
* Record and track technical inquiries, observations, commitments, and information requests.
* Coordinate information flow among the Technical Office, Production, Planning, Quality, Risk Prevention, Environment, Procurement, Subcontracts, and Contract Administration.
* Support change management, scope modifications, and documentation required for audits or close-out processes.
### **Academic Qualifications**
* Higher Technical Diploma or university degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Technical Drawing, Engineering Projects, Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
* Preference will be given to candidates holding degrees in Civil Construction, Construction Engineering, Construction Execution Engineering, or Building Technology.
### **Required Knowledge**
* Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency.
* Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings.
* Experience using document management platforms.
* Basic knowledge of quantity take-offs, payment certifications, and construction processes.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM tools, MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, SAP, or other ERP systems is desirable.
### **Technical Competencies**
* Document management and control.
* Interpretation of technical documentation.
* Preparation of reports and tracking spreadsheets.
* Version control and information traceability.
* Support for quantity take-offs, measurements, and payment certifications.
* Tracking of commitments and deadlines.
* General understanding of construction processes.
* Technical support to contract administration.
### **Required Experience**
* 1–3 years of experience in Technical Offices, document control, technical assistance, construction administration, or similar functions within construction and infrastructure projects.
* Rigor, organization, progressive autonomy, coordination ability, and willingness to work in dynamic and demanding environments are required.
