For Farmacias Ahumada’s Distribution Center, we are looking for a Reverse Logistics Administrator to join our team in Pudahuel. This position in the Health, Medicine, and Pharmacy area requires a candidate with a Technical or Professional degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
As a Reverse Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Reverse Logistics department, managing documentation, records, and reports, facilitating communication between Operations Managers and the Operations department, and contributing to the traceability and continuity of exchange and return processes.
We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong problem-solving skills to contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics processes. This is an on-site position in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
Register and maintain up-to-date operational documentation for the department. Prepare periodic productivity, performance indicator, and incident reports for the department. Manage data entry and updates in the WMS and other management systems. Support the receipt, filing, and control of supplier documentation, including issuing return guides to suppliers. Support tracking of exchange and return processes, ensuring appropriate documentary evidence.

Requirements
Technical or professional degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Proficiency in WMS systems and office applications. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
