Currently, we are looking for an **Account Audit Assistant** to join the **Account Audit Unit**, on a **Permanent** basis. Work Schedule: Fixed daytime shift, Monday to Friday (39 hours per week). Job Objective: Ensure proper operational management of clinical account audit processes by reviewing, validating, consolidating, and tracing clinical\-administrative information associated with Medical Care Programs (PAM), hospital discharges without account closure, and clinical documentation, thereby contributing to the timely, orderly, and consistent closure of institutional accounts. Job Responsibilities: Review, validate, and consolidate clinical\-administrative information from institutional systems. Develop and maintain working spreadsheets for tracking hospital discharges without account closure and case follow-up. Validate, classify, and prioritize Medical Care Programs (PAM) according to their operational status. Perform data cross-checks and consistency controls. Manage uploading, backup, and traceability of clinical documentation in institutional platforms. Coordinate the flow of clinical documentation with clinical units and account-closure teams. Monitor pending, flagged, or regularization-in-process cases. Support digitization, distribution, and retrieval of clinical documentation as applicable. Prepare daily operational reports to support account-closure management. Maintain communication with clinical and administrative teams to request and follow up on pending information. What Do We Expect From You? Technical or professional degree in administrative, health, nursing, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience in clinics. Experience in clinical administrative processes, account auditing, or hospital management. Desired: experience handling clinical information and hospital information systems. Basic or intermediate Excel proficiency. Desired: Power BI and clinical\-administrative system proficiency. Analytical ability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and handling of confidential information. Teamwork skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
