The mission of this position is to support various branches during the absences of incumbent executives. This support must ensure service quality, business generation, and risk control, while delivering comprehensive advisory services to our customers. You will execute commercial actions focused on selling retail banking products and services, advising customers on the use of digital and self-service channels—aiming to contribute to a memorable service experience and the agile resolution of customer needs, thereby achieving both business unit and personal commercial results.
