Job Summary: We are seeking an autonomous and resilient RX Production Operator to perform operational tasks, ensuring quality and operational continuity in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Culture that celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion **Your main responsibilities will include:** Operating and/or using all types of equipment in: Surface, HMC (HC and AR), dyeing, and assembly. Executing tasks to ensure operational continuity. Inspecting color, diameter, defects, and lens quality, identifying the need for reprocessing or replacement. Complying with safety and risk prevention standards. What Are We Looking For? Completed secondary education. Technical training in optics, industrial processes, or related fields is desirable. To succeed in this role, we seek self-motivated and autonomous individuals with resilience, who have at least 2 years of experience in similar positions within industrial processes, with a results-oriented mindset. As an RX Production Operator, you will perform operational tasks related to lens treatment, assembly, polishing, and cutting, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and operational continuity of equipment, under direct supervision from the relevant department. Basic Optics, Production Techniques, and Basic PC Skills.
