We seek proactive, cheerful, and design-passionate individuals who wish to provide exceptional and warm service to our customers at the Casa Costanera store. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in creating an unforgettable shopping experience. You will be responsible for providing personalized attention and advisory services to our customers, ensuring every visit is rewarding. Additionally, your tasks will include keeping your work area clean and organized, managing straps, preventing stockouts, and performing cash handling and restocking duties. Your primary objective will be to contribute to achieving our sales goals and delivering excellent customer service. The work modality is: **Weekly Part-time:** Monday to Sunday on a rotating 4x3 schedule (4 working days, 3 days off), with only 5 hours per day, totaling 20 hours per week.
