Your primary challenge will be to strategically and operationally lead and manage the procurement process, ensuring timely availability of critical goods and services for operations, optimizing costs, lead times, and service levels through efficient supplier management, framework agreements, purchase planning, and performance indicator monitoring. What will you do? * Design, implement, and plan the procurement strategy, identifying opportunities for savings, efficiency, and standardization. * Lead procurement processes, including tendering, negotiation, framework agreements, strategic alliances, collaborative purchasing, and economies of scale. * Supervise the procurement team, defining objectives, tracking progress, evaluating performance, and promoting a culture of service, efficiency, and continuous improvement. * Ensure operational continuity through timely procurement, coordination with operations, purchase order approvals, and control of lead times and service levels. * Evaluate, qualify, and manage strategic suppliers, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, deviations, claims, improvement plans, and long-term relationships. * Manage the procurement and purchasing budget, controlling costs, market fluctuations, rebates, bonuses, and commercial agreements. * Ensure contractual compliance, risk mitigation, adherence to corporate policies, transparency, traceability, and internal/external audits.
