Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to support the management and control of payroll and personnel administration processes, contributing to continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. In this context, we are looking for a Payroll Assistant. **Position Objective:** To provide support in managing and controlling payroll and personnel administration processes, contributing to compliance with internal procedures, accurate document review, and continuous improvement of client companies’ processes. **Responsibilities:** * Review and audit payroll processes across various client companies, verifying correct calculation of earnings, statutory deductions, and associated payments. * Validate compliance with current labor, social security, and tax regulations in payroll payment processes. * Audit attendance control, overtime hours, shifts, and related records used in payroll calculation. * Review employment contracts, addenda, settlement agreements, payroll statements, and other labor documentation to ensure consistency and legal compliance. * Identify deviations, inconsistencies, or risks in administrative processes and propose internal control improvements. * Prepare audit reports containing findings, observations, and technical recommendations. * Support standardization and improvement of payroll and personnel administration processes. * Verify correct allocation and recording of information in payroll ERP systems. * Maintain communication with internal and external clients to gather information and follow up on observations. * Participate in document review processes and preparation of supporting materials for inspections or external audits. * Conduct on-site visits to client company facilities to request, collect, review, and regularize labor and administrative documentation required for proper payroll management and auditing. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Human Resources Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of experience in roles related to payroll, personnel administration, or labor auditing. * Knowledge of current labor and social security legislation. * Experience managing payroll processes, attendance control, and labor documentation. * Experience reviewing employment contracts, addenda, payroll statements, and settlement agreements. * Proficiency in payroll ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and capacity to handle confidential information. * Availability to conduct on-site visits and travel to client companies for documentation collection and validation. * Desired: experience in process auditing or internal control. **General Conditions:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:30. * Project-based employment modality applies. **Are you interested?** Apply now and join a company that values your work and supports your professional growth.
