Job Summary: Management and supervision of product execution, manufacturing processes, and operational personnel, ensuring compliance with targets and regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the execution and verification of manufacturing and dispatch processes. 2. Organize operational staff and ensure achievement of production targets. 3. Manage documentation and equipment maintenance. Plan and manage product execution according to customer requirements. Execute and verify the processes and activities necessary for the proper development of the manufacturing and dispatch process for finished products. Assign operational staff to various production processes and machinery, organize the production process and delivery service. Enforce target achievement, record required production logs, and ensure timeliness for the Production Supervisor and operators. Collect and review production process documentation, and transmit information on completed work, submitting it promptly to the General Manager. Develop and verify, together with the Production Supervisor, the maintenance schedule for tools, machinery, vehicles, and measuring equipment used in the manufacturing process. Ensure correct use of personal protective equipment. Comply with procedures and records of the department, and ensure that records requested from the Production Supervisor, operators, and drivers are properly maintained.
