Our core values are the foundation that make us successful for ourselves, our customers and the planet. **Job Description** **Albemarle** is hiring an Associate Category Manager in Antofagasta. **What You'll Do** * Develop and execute procurement activities for inputs and materials, and service contracting—efficiently and effectively. * Analyze data to understand market trends, evaluate supplier performance, and identify opportunities for supply chain improvement. * Manage category-related cost optimization to ensure high business impact, identifying opportunities for cost efficiency, sustainability, and value addition within the category. * Ensure effective management of supply chain risks through robust strategies and world\-class performance management of critical supplies. * Establish and implement procurement strategies based on strategic sourcing.
