We are seeking **Manufacturing Operators** to join the **Night Shift** for a 3- to 6-month project within the Pharmaceutical Division’s Production team. The role is based at the **Quinta Normal** facility, with working hours from 00:00 to 8:45 hrs Monday–Thursday, and from 23:00 to 7:45 hrs Friday. The contract will be managed through an external company and includes door-to-door transportation at shift start and meal allowance. **Job Mission** Perform manufacturing-related activities in Solid Oral, Hormone, and Special Products plants; comply with quality, efficiency, and efficacy specifications for each process. Ensure adherence to production and drug manufacturing schedules, delivering high-quality medicines compliant with regulatory and corporate requirements, at competitive costs, safely and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Manufacture according to established procedures. Follow current techniques and procedures, and immediately report any process deviations. 2\.\- Store intermediates and bulk materials per internal procedures, recording incoming and outgoing information in designated logbooks. 3\.\- Perform cleaning of rooms, classified areas, equipment, and/or accessories according to process requirements and as specified in current procedures. 4\.\- Measure and record environmental conditions in work areas. 5\.\- Verify optimal operation of equipment used. 6\.\- Record time and quantity data for each order on the tablet where applicable. 7\.\- Record performed operations in current forms, ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices. 8\.\- Report process deviations to the immediate supervisor. 9\.\- Use assigned equipment and/or devices appropriately, ensuring proper care, cleaning, and maintenance. Detect and report equipment alarms related to maintenance. 10\.\- Use assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately, ensuring proper care, cleaning, and maintenance. 11\.\- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, preserving its integrity. 12\.\- Support the training process of new Operators. 13\.\- Comply with corporate standards and those required by the Quality Management System regarding Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, Environment, and applicable regulations. 14\.\- Support production needs and perform other assigned tasks. Requirements: * Completed secondary education; Industrial Technician qualification preferred, with knowledge of electricity and/or mechanics. * Over 1 year of experience in Production areas of the Pharmaceutical Industry; experience in manufacturing processes preferred. * Availability to work night shifts
