Requirements: * Prior experience in store management, retail, or similar roles. * Knowledge of commercial management, inventory control, and operations administration. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Leadership, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills. * Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset. * Availability to work retail hours. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily store operations. * Lead and manage the work team, including training and shift coordination. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. * Manage inventory, goods receipt, and loss control. * Monitor achievement of sales and profitability targets. * Promptly resolve customer requests and incidents. * Maintain store order, safety, and alignment with brand standards. * Prepare sales and management reports for decision-making. * Coordinate actions with various departments to ensure operational continuity. Working Hours: * 5x2 schedule from Monday to Sunday and holidays * Hours: 10:00–20:00 hrs, or as required by the store, including a 1-hour lunch break and 2 days off on Sundays per month.
