Position Summary: Progesys is seeking an Infrastructure Architect to supervise projects, coordinate with external and internal offices, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Tracking of deliverables and regulatory compliance Progesys, specialists in Recruitment and Personnel Selection, is recruiting an Infrastructure Architect for a major company. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Review of architecture projects prepared by external offices to verify compliance with MPA standards and guidelines * Support and supervision in permit management * Liaison with external architecture offices for project review and coordination * Liaison with the company's internal team to provide support in responding to RDI requests, answering queries during the tender period for construction works, coordinating with specialized disciplines, and engaging with central departments to coordinate requirements and ensure regulatory compliance. * Tracking of deliverables from design offices. **Requirements** -------------- * Licensed architect. * Minimum of 8 years of professional experience coordinating architecture projects (experience in educational, hospitality, and retail construction projects required; residential and industrial projects excluded). * Experience handling sanitary regulations, coordination of specialized disciplines, plan review, and technical support during tendering and construction phases. * Knowledge of health project regulations is desirable. * Valid driver's license. * Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, Office; MS Project is desirable. **Conditions** --------------- * Work modality: **100% on-site** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM\. * Compensation: Market-competitive.
