Provides administrative support to the Human Resources department. * Position Objective To manage recruitment, selection, and hiring processes while coordinating associated hotel and travel logistics for mining projects, ensuring timely and efficient personnel onboarding. Main Responsibilities * Manage recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Coordinate worker hiring and onboarding. * Manage hotel reservations and purchase of travel tickets for personnel mobilization. * Maintain control and tracking of employment documentation. * Coordinate occupational health examinations, certifications, and site access requirements. * Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. Requirements * Technical or professional degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field. * Proven experience in recruitment, hiring, and personnel certification. * Experience coordinating hotel and travel arrangements. * Experience in mining or industrial companies. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
