Job Description We are seeking a **Technology Consulting Director** to lead strategic projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and design solutions addressing our clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology project leadership, innovation management, and consulting team leadership. Key Responsibilities * **Strategic leadership**: Define the vision and direction of the technology consulting unit. * **Project management**: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. * **Technological innovation**: Promote adoption of new digital tools and methodologies. * **Client relationship management**: Strengthen strategic partnerships and ensure corporate client satisfaction. * **Team development**: Coordinate and empower consultants and specialists. * **Market analysis**: Identify technological trends and business opportunities. * **Executive reporting**: Present results and forecasts to senior management. Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with technological specialization, or related field. * 7+ years of experience in technology consulting or digital project leadership. * Knowledge of digital transformation, innovation management, and agile methodologies. * Leadership, negotiation, and strategic communication skills. * Advanced English (spoken and written). * Experience in consulting firms or large-scale projects is a plus.
